Everyone can help make a difference at Damar! Below are a few ways to bring energy, creativity, and support to the kids and adults Damar serves.
Volunteer
Are you or your company interested in helping our clients live more joyful and independent lives? Damar offers a variety of volunteer opportunities throughout the year for individuals and companies of all sizes. Learn how you can volunteer with Damar today. Volunteer opportunities include serving at client events, assisting with improvement projects such as mural painting, and even being a part of a yearly Gala!

Become a Corporate Sponsor
Damar offers corporations an opportunity to support events or initiatives throughout the year. Whether it is our annual Gala, Difference Maker Breakfast, or client centered activities like Fair Day or Damar Prom, there numerous opportunities to support Damar!
By becoming a corporate sponsor, you not only get to support Damar clients and be recognized at events, but also those above a certain sponsorship level are invited to our annual Damar Cup Golf Outing.

Cause Marketing
Cause Marketing is a collaboration between a for-profit business and a nonprofit organization for a common benefit. It is a powerful way to not only impact the lives at Damar, but it also helps boost employee morale, corporate social responsibility, and increases brand loyalty.
Examples of Cause Marketing opportunities include:
- Percentage of all sales during a certain timeframe goes to Damar.
- Asking customers to round up their purchase or donate a dollar when they check out to support Damar’s mission.
- A company donating a specific amount to Damar if they reach a predetermined milestone (sales, customers, social media followers, etc.)
Kroger Community Rewards
The Damar Foundation has partnered with the Kroger Community Rewards Program to help support Damar clients. Those who participate will have a percentage of every purchase they make at a Kroger go directly to support Damar’s mission and helping those we serve.
To signup, simply visit www.kroger.com. Once logged into your Kroger account, search for Damar Services Foundation by name, or YC060, and click Enroll. New users will need to create an account which requires some basic information, a valid email address and a rewards card. If you don’t have a Kroger rewards card and would like one, you can pick one up at the customer service desk at any Kroger.
